運送政策（Shipping Policy）

感謝閣下光顧！為確保花禮順利送到您或收花人手中，請在下單前仔細閱讀以下送貨服務條款：

配送覆蓋範圍與服務時間

  • 覆蓋地區：全香港所有地區均可送貨（包含港島、九龍、新界及偏遠地區）。
  • 送貨時間：星期一至星期日，早上 9:00 至 晚上 9:00。
  • 指定時段：於網站結賬時，閣下可選擇偏好的送貨時間段。若因偏遠地區交通限制而無法於指定時段內送達，我們的客服人員將會提前與您聯絡安排。

免費

• 需於約定時間段內到達指定地鐵站交收。 • 送貨員會提前電話聯絡。 • 注意：只可選擇送貨時間段，不可指定具體分鐘時間。

送貨上門

HK$80

• 直接送達指定住宅或商業地址。

偏遠地區

需另行額外報價

• 離島、部分新界偏遠鄉郊或交通不便地區，需視乎實際地址加收偏遠地區附加費（下單後客服會聯絡確認）。

重要注意事項（送貨上門及等待費用）

  • 大廈物業限制：若送貨地址之物業管理處禁止送貨員上樓，且送貨員現場無法成功聯絡收貨人前來收貨，因而導致現場等待，我們將收取 每小時 HK$100 起 的等待附加費（不足一小時亦以一小時計）。
  • 為避免產生額外費用或延誤送貨，請確保填寫正確的收貨人電話，並確認收貨人於約定時間段內方便收貨。

Delivery Coverage & Operating Hours

  • Coverage Area: We deliver to all areas across Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and remote areas).
  • Delivery Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
  • Preferred Delivery Slots: You can select a preferred delivery time window during checkout. If we are unable to deliver within your chosen slot due to remote locations or traffic constraints, our customer service team will contact you in advance.

MTR Station Pickup

FREE

• Please meet the courier at the designated MTR station within your agreed delivery window. • The courier will call you prior to arrival. • Note: You may choose a delivery window, but specific exact time requests are not accepted.

Door-to-Door Delivery

HK$80

• Direct delivery to your specified residential or commercial address.

Remote Areas

Additional Surcharge

• Islands, certain rural areas in New Territories, or locations with restricted transport access require extra delivery charges (our team will contact you post-checkout).

Important Notice (Property Restrictions & Waiting Fees)

  • Property Restrictions: If the building management prohibits couriers from going upstairs and the recipient cannot be reached, any resulting waiting time will incur a waiting fee starting from HK$100 per hour (fractions of an hour will be charged as a full hour).
  • To prevent delays or extra charges, please ensure the recipient's contact information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery during the agreed window.
